Our regular walk-in clinic hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
Sunday: By appointment only
Housecall services are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! The emergency department of a hospital is fully staffed and equipped to handle life-threatening emergencies. Trinity Medical & Housecall Doctors, PC does not treat life-threatening emergencies.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call our office at (800) 945-4654. Your call will be returned promptly.
If one of our doctors suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.
Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.
Providers at Trinity Medical & Housecall Doctors, PC have affiliations with all northwest Indiana hospitals. We work with hospitalists and partnering physicians.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Trinity Medical & Housecall Doctors, PC are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (800) 945-4654.
Refills are typically not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
